Yes settled into the new year and I’m happy and focused. Work is going great! S is thriving here with me. D was over for dinner tonight.
I have been clarifying my understanding with L some of the ramifications as I consider the approach I want to take.
Running has been going well all things considered. Overdid it a bit got a little hurt but thankfully not injured so kept walking everyday and now running again but more gently and gradually.
Oh what’s her name went away again. I ignored her.
