I have been so busy the last couple of days. Yesterday was both kids Easter parties at school (worked D8's), playdate, helped out at the CCD retreat then out to dinner. I was pooped!! We got home and D8 made it to world 5 on Super Mario and they were so excited so we played until 10:00. They were so cute.
Today Vanilla Ice showed up late (typical) to pick up the girls. D8 was having a hard time leaving. She doesn't like to be away from home and wasn't sure that she wanted to go. I explained to her that Vanilla misses her and wants to spend time with her and I know she misses him too. I told her that I want her to go with Vanilla and have a great time but if she decided to come home that is fine too, whatever her decision is would be okay.
She went. When I talked to Vanilla he just woke up from a nap and was boiling some eggs for the girls to dye. Very unlike him, I hope they had fun.
So today I packed some of the stuff in my basement. YIKES!!!! It's gonna take FOREVER to pack all my crap! It would be easier to have a bonfire in the front yard.
I think I will get the house I want. I will call to check on it next week. My sister went today and took some pics and sent to me. The house looks great. Can't believe I'm buying a house I have never seen... But I trust my sister.
My MIL comes tomorrow afternoon, and will be here for 5 weeks. So I will check in whenever I can.
