Rockinnm, so good to hear from you again. I'm glad you were able to keep your home, it's one less loss for you and the kids. I guess what we all need to keep in mind is that our W's are going to make dumb choices and will pay for those choices. It's sad though that everyone else has to pay a price in pain too.
