I know what you mean, it always drove me nuts that H wanted to do include other people on our "dates" - although now in hindsight I understand why much better (different reasons than your H's, I imagine). How cool that you guys went to a club, that sounds like fun. Did you get to do any dancing??

Also cool that guy bought you a drink, although sorry about the circumstances. I think you're right, sometimes people just "know" when you need a pick me up (and I really admire the people who ACT on it, I'm trying to take the hint and do more of that myself.)

Sounds like fun overall, in spite of a few bumpy spots. That's great!!

And yeah... I've seen a LOT of naked boobs lately in most clubs too. Around here a lot of them break out the Mardi Gras beads around midnight or so and really encourage it.

I just never felt that real connection with my H, so I hope someday our R can grow into a really good R.

This really jumped out at me for some reason. You may already be doing this - but have you set some goals around this, and defined WHAT a really good R looks like?? That way you can work towards it, instead of just hoping for it? Just a thought.
