Not in the email. Just orally, as I've noted in my previous post. Martelo, I really like this use of the article's principles to say, essentially, "thanks, but let's get back to the subject at hand."
And Cobra, I wanted to say that our MC had told us to use a quite similar type of communication about a year and a half ago. The article is more detailed and does a better job of explaining the concepts then the MC did.
