the best workshop by far, was called "Essential Experience" and they have a website. I actually helped found the one in Philadelphia, which is now the largest. They are on both coasts and the founder (of the Program itself, not a new location like I did in Philly) is getting old and passing the torch to a guy named Eric, who is also great. But if you go and can still have David Crump as the big guy there, well I think he is gifted spiritually --NOT a guru--but a man who makes differences in people's lives if they are willing to be in charge of them, and to live our lives with clarity and intent. Eric IS also great, as are all the facilitators I've met. I've been to maybe 4 of these, and also other types which were not positive or clarifying for me. For instance, EE is NOT "Landmark" or "EST" and it does not ask you to donate money or make others join and you don't get a star or a crystal bowl for recruiting, etc. You don't have to do what makes you uncomfortable. You learn about forming supportive communities like THIS one, for instance. For free. But mostly in person. Anyhow, enough of the speech except to say all the EE workshops I attended were actually all on the east coast. There's at least one out here in California. Also a graduate workshop in the Sierras which sounds very cool to me and H probably would love that as the outdoorsy stuff is in his blood. Sorry if I sound like a Moonie (does anyone remember them coming to the door in the 80's? Am I dating myself again?).
later guys, gotta go worship my guru and rub a sharp knife to cut my pain..... j-
