I've lose 68 lbs with Atkins diet. I'd be more than willing to help you if you'd like. I still have 60 left to go. I't seems my R is heading south faster than ever. Maybe go to GNC at the mall and get info and get started. I'll meet you there and help if you'd like. Also wouldn't mind a face to face to discuss these damn R's that are hurting us. Take care. Jim
