So big deal, you had a slight overreaction to the OW disclosure. Who wouldn't. Even if you were detached (or at least distanced) before, so what???
So just IMO, detachment is a lifelong project that involves love without reaction. Very hard to do, definitely not in my successfully learned bag of tricks. But I think, and I could be wrong about this, that the point is in the learning process.
