I think as long as you both get a few matching tats you will have a pretty solid foundation for a long term R.

DoRag is best alternative to comb over. Or just shave it bald and consider which movie star or wrestling champ you want to say you molded yourself after. Facial piercings will help distract folks from staring and trying to decide whether you look more like G.GordonLiddy, JesseVentura, or Paul Shaffer.

If you end up thinking your new improved model GF is too young, I think they have some motorcycle side cars that can be detached and used as a stroller \:\)

Hi, Missmyfriend,

No comb overs. Shave your head instead. There is something very sexy about a man who can shave his head or wear a ponytail. It says, here I am, take me for what that's worth. No frills, no games. I like it. Very natural in my way of thinking.

Something about a shaved head that says:
"I am bald"

Man needs his toys! I had to sell my latest toy (camper) because of my situation, but I won't be down and out for long.

I've done the bike thing and sold it after two summers. I've never owned a boat and have always wanted one. That will be my next toy!

If it makes you happy, go for it!!

Fantastic advice. I especially liked the idea of being able to reuse the sidecar for a stroller. Versatility is what I am about.

Cool idea about the tats. But does that encroach on my W's MLC of wanting to get tattoos? If I do that will I be in danger in leaving myself next? I don't know if I could handle being rejected again.

I am starting to second guess whether I should make this purchase. My job has been very understanding about what I am going through but with the reorganization(s) and the job discontinuances along with a larger debt load, I have concerns about spending $2500. Of course, my W has always been critical of my frugal ways. I question whenever I spend money on most things.

Can I afford the bike? Probably. Even my mom is encouraging me to do something for myself. But I guess I have problems with that because it seems so self centered. Isn't that the problem with our spouses in the first place?
