These feelings of giving up hit me too. It's normal. When this happens to me I just remind myself that I will be happy again, hopefully it will be with my H, but if not I just know I will find someone else. I also remind myself of how wonderful it is that I have the capacity for unconditional love. I never knew it was in me!
