cheri, don't hate yourself. I know it is hard not to but you wernen't the one who had the A and who left. You aren't the one who is doing all this to your family. However, you have to be strong and keep your chin up for your kids. H's always listen to the people they want to; the friends who say the grass is greener on the other side. He will not listen to people who he doesn't want to hear what they say. This rollercoaster is the toughest one you will ever ride on. Also, if you feel worse after the sex, don't do it. He wants his cake and eat it too and it will only make you feel worse after when he leaves. now, I need to listen to that advice too. Good luck and stay strong.
