I am doing pretty good. Not been frequenting the board and only here because your message came to my email.
Nothing much happening on the home front. Very little contact, been some questions asking advice or help with things around the house she can't figure out.
She has done a great job of detaching!!! I have a small pebble pile that is growing slowly, a new rock for each positive step that I or someone else notices. The patience thing does not come easily.
I may be taking a short vacation, a real 180 for me. Unless it falls through, it should be fun and enjoyable.
Since i have not been following much happening there, how are you doing?

PS I have been reading the Solo Partner book also, and wonder if W has been a step ahead of me in all these things.
our oldest daughter and grand-daughter are coming to visit the end of next month. That should be interesting and "uncomfortable. I am so unwelcome out at "her" house now.
I don't know where OM is in this now. They are with each other daily in work and some on weekends too, they have some cattle together now and he has the pasture next to her so....
I think he helps her but he could not figure it out so she asked me for some help, and later for my diagnosis. She did not, however, want me to come out to actually look at the situation and give advice. What does that mean? Don't know, and what difference does it make?
She did also bring a client into my office to introduce them to me.
I had a pleasant surprise this morning. Means little yet... I stepped out the front door to ask a stranger a question about their dog. The wife made the statement/question "You are (W's) husband aren't you? We bought such and such property through her office." Won't read anything into it but was tickled to hear that out of their mouths. The H asked about my D19 and how she was doing since her incidences last week. He may have been in her office when the call came in.
Grand-D and mother are coming in this week. Will be interesting how interaction will take place.
I also had a call from MIL thanking me for sitting with FIL this past Sun. She said he was much more talkative that evening.
Not much but my little rock pile is slowly getting larger.
Yes, it has been a good summer so far Karen, not what I want when I want it, but good. Playing some tennis with three different guys, took a trip through your part of the country, working of course, staying out of W's face and waiting on the Lord.
I read some of what you post but see nothing much about you. I am fortunate to have a pastor that is excited and very supportive and you are one on our prayer list. I do hope your life is doing well by you.
I still may try to pick up some dance this fall when they start again. A widower patient of mine wants to learn round dancing also. He has also found that there is nothing close by here.
Limited on what I can ask but I do hope you are doing very well and are seeing God working in the background.
Just a note for you Karen, I have found today a ballroom dance class! It is not round dance, and is taught at the community college cross the state line. (in W hometown). I registered today, taking it with now credit (like what would I need 2 hours for in PE?) THe round dance class starts in a week, I may take it also, one on Tues and one on Thurs.
