Lou, I think the thing about the nerve endings is that with a guy who is cut, the head of the penis becomes less sensitive because it is OUT THERE in the world rubbing against clothing and such. A guy who is uncut would preserve sensitivity in the head of his penis, because it is covered by tissue (that's "tissue," not "a tissue") except when in use .
That, and the tissue that they cut off and throw away is full of nerve endings, too.
