Yes, yes, ok I see where you are going with this. You know, I never would have conjured up the word "teasing" with that scenario (on my own) but I can see that's what it is, totally.
I do a lot of that--minus the really fun parts such as jumping on top of him--because MrH has, in the past, expressed a dislike for foreplay. So the only way I could get him to play along was to not touch the goods. Once I did that, then he was on top of me and it was all over, kwis? (interesting side note: Now that MrPot has turned all whacky on me, he suddenly likes foreplay and wants to draw it out, which I of course do not object to lol)

Ok, I get what you're saying. Just take it a step farther and without the Ulterior Motive. Just do it for fun. And to sorta punish him for not taking what he wants. I like it!
