Regarding the estrogen thing. Interestingly, hormones have come up in my situation too. It turns out that my sister has low level endometrial cancer rather than low level cervical cancer which totally sucks for her because she has to get a hysterectomy. My mother also was recently diagnosed with hyperplasia (she was building up a uterine lining even though she's in her 60s!). Basically, what this points to is a tendency in the women in my family to have a lot of unopposed estrogen. The ratio of estrogen to progesterone is out of whack. In theory, this could explain my high sex drive. I don't have enough progesterone to break down all my estrogen so some of the estrogen is being converted to testosterone on a monthly basis. Sort of the opposite situation that you have leading to the same result.
