Not giving up! (Take II)

Me too. I have written down several scriptures on some index cards and keep them in my purse. I read them when I am feeling down, and they lift me up. Here are a few:

Do not be overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good (ROM 12:21)

Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in him and he will do it (PS 37:5)

My people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek. My face will turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 chron 7:14)

It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in men (PS 118:8)

With God nothing is impossible (matt 19:26)

Do not be afraid of sudden fear nor the onslaught of the wicked when it comes; for the Lord will be your confidence and keep your foot from being caught (Prov 3:25-26)

There is a way which seems right to man, but its end is the way of death Prov 16:25
