well i talked to H this morning and he wont send child support cause he already sent 600 this month and now i have to wait till mid jan, is there anyway that i can get him for back cs? it hasnt been court ordered yet, waiting for temp hearing or for divorce to be final which ever comes 1st cause if he dont file a response then it will be a defult divorce and i automatically win, i really think he is done, by his actions, he wont even send money for his kids talk about selfish, he is still bugging about his video games, dont care if the kids eat but he wants his video games
