ohhh, I get it now, it's one of those "maybe we should've D" angry times.

Cool down my friend, take a walk (it's 28 degrees here)

No more name calling ok? phrase it differently, be honest and watch the level of your voice, I see now how my H and I used to start a fight about nothing just by being loud and sounding defensive. It wasn't what we said half the time, but how we said it.

Actually have a women's retreat to go to this weekend. Hope it will be relaxing and revive my spirit!!

Only have talked to H briefly since he's been out of town. Just trying to decide whether to call him this morning or wait and see if he calls me. (he's on a different time zone which makes it a bit more difficult; I'll be at work when he's getting up). When we have talked it's been surface stuff (car issues, weather, etc).

We'll both be home on Sunday afternoon. Knowing him he'll act like nothing happened between us. Maybe that is the best way to approach things.

Just got home from a Women's Retreat. It was relaxing, and an inspiration to get my heart in order.

He'll be home in an hour after his five day trip away. I'm rather nervous. I'll go find the duct tape before he gets home so I won't worry about saying the wrong thing.

Good luck Matilda! Relax, be pleasant, be laid-back. Make some cocktails!
