...Okay...I'm back in the swing of things...he called. What a relief...so I acted like I was surprised he called, so we are going out Sunday...first to see his mother's grave...then to eat...then stop by a friend's party. Well, at least I'm still in this R.
I went to the mall this morning...what a nasty place to be. So, you all want to know what I got him? Okay, okay...the first thing is a joke (I always joke around), a Chia Pet... just to see the look on his face...then, I got him a gold money clip from Mayor's jewelers...it can be engraved, but not today. He uses clips for bills, so, it was small, not heavy in the sentimental dept., but nice b/c it wasn't at all cheap. So, now I'm happy, feeling much better, life is okay...
Cheddie is on my neighbor's roof...he won't come down, I hope by dinner...he's going to the vet tomorrow.
CM - I laughed so hard when I saw your poem...simple and sweet...Whatisis, I cracked up when you said you were going to burn your poetry books...yes, OSU, I was expecting, I should not have...but, I was...funny how things will happen when you let them, w/o anticipation. AT - yeah, I was not a happy camper last night. But, Cheddie listened, without judging me - unconditional cat love.
So, Sunday I will be just friendly, no talk about the R... if he brings it up, I'll steer it somewhere else. It will be a good time.

Yea, I am pretty excited. I have to give her a reason to slap me around a little. She must be getting bored with me because she has not had to yell at me in a couple of weeks.
Used to be an everyday/night ritual for her.
I guess I will have to do somthing stupid this weekend just so I keep her on her toes....
