J there are no guarantees. History has been rewritten and you can either create a new History together or not. I don't have any answers today, I am in my own world as you know and am seething about my MIL. The best part is that the woman goes to Mass every day. Does her Rosary a couple of times a day...BUT can not see anything wrong with being a manipulating meddlesome liar. I am going to stuff my face with a meatball sub, extra sauce, extra cheese and finish my knitting. That should make me feel better.
