Nikki, I would go and see the lawyer espcially if it wont't cost you a dime. After I consulted with one I seem to be in a better frame of mind, that if it did come to that I had some power. Plus the lawyer that I talked to even told me that I was not ready to make the move to file, little did he know that I would never have been the one to make the first move.
