I've been away from the board for a while. Just catching up now.

I'm sooooo sorry to hear that you've had some hard days. I think you are so very strong, and so very GOOD. It's the people who are good at heart that wind up getting so hurt.

Ups and downs. We all have them. I wish there was some science to it to tell us what to expect emotionally and when. I hate waking up feeling depressed during those first few waking moments. And then there are days when it feels somewhat OK in the morning. Just wish our brain gave us some warning of when the down times are coming along so that we can prepare for them.

The slightest things can set us off-- when does that end?

What are you doing today that is good for YOU? Massage, a glass of wine, a funny movie? You deserve only the best, my friend.
