It doesn't mean we can't make strides to be a better person for ourselves, but he chose to make the choices he did. My teenagers tell me all the time that H is acting like people their age. How astute is that for a kid to notice their dad is acting like an idiot kid? Someday if and when he snaps out of this, maybe he will be able to explain it to you, but don't stop living your life waiting for that! You may never know why he's being such an a##. Everyone here wants to know why... but it doesn't change the outcome. That's why they call us LBS...sad but true. The best thing you can do is try to not let it get to you and move forward.
