Stop going to OW's myspace page. It is not doing you any good, only hurting you more. Find a way to block access in case you get the urge again.

I too compare myself to OW and it serves no purpose. Just don't go there. Continue to look at all the good in your life and focus on that instead.

Doing much better now, the stupid images are fading, it isnt'worth it, I'm sure I' would push back our great progress if my H knew I was going to that myspace place. I won't, that person doesn't deserve any of my time.

Eeeek!!!!!! OW sounds like a TOTAL loser!!!! Not to put down anyone here who does this, but I think any woman exposing their nipples on a website like myspace would be COMPLETE trash. Absolutely ZERO class!!!!!

Sheesh! Something that low and slimey can never be compared to a woman who has character and class. I totally understand the internal pull to check out OW...I broke down the other day and looked at some of the pix H has on his computer of OW1, and it pulled me down too. Throws so many different emotions out of whack! If we're to calm the roller-coaster, we have to stop!

I did a search and deleted all picts and anything to do w/ow. OK, so most people would tell me "your H should do it". But chances are H doesnt' even know they are there and he couldnt' give a darn if they are there or not, it only bothers me, so I deleted them.

Yup.... I threw away some pics of ow and her family too. I didn't bother to tell my H, as he probably doesn't know they exist or even care.

My vote would be "round file" too. Some times it just is something they won't notice and it chews you up. But that's me.
