There is a critical difference between telling him what to do and setting your own boundaries:

Telling him what to do: don't have anything to do with OW

Setting your boundary: I spoke too soon last week. I am not willing to accept contact between you and OW in the context of our M.

Yes, there really is a difference, lol....
