OSU, keep in mind that you don't "have" to call anyone, you choose to call. there's nothing wrong with doing that but just remember you are at the controls here! When we say " I have to" it implies helplessness and that is counter productive. It's all about empowering ourselves so that we can keep working at our sitch's. Just a thought.
