Nope! I'm trying not to even bother looking at this as a"hopeful" sign. There have been many others that have turned out thus far to be dead ends. In the book I'm reading the author suggests its better to use the word "wonder" instead of "hope", it's more detached e.g. "I wonder if this invitation is a good sign" rather than "I hope this invitation is a good sign". She says that if you start to see a world of wonder rather than a world of hope you may be a happier person . I'll give it a whirl! I'm not being negative just trying to be open to whatever comes my way here. At some point, the many "signs" that appear presently to be but dead ends may actually turn out not to be BUT that is beyond my control. That's a future event that will be or won't be.
