H almost moved out back in July, was infatuated w/a coworker, wrote letters he never sent. She doesn't know and (having been around them together) really doesn't have those feelings for him.

H and I are in MC and have been since July. He moved out of our bedroom in late July, asked to move back in at the beginning of September. Our R is a lot better, though no ILY yet. H is talking about long term plans.

So, is it time to move here? What do I need to know about this phase?
