Sarno's book seems like a long winded speech about how people's pain is all in their heads. Just because the medical community can't come up with a medical reason for pain, repressed emotions are causing it? Coupling positive techniques for having the best outlook on pain with effective medical treatment seems like the most logical path to take.
I don't mind the sun sometime
The images it shows
I can taste you on my lips
And smell you in my clothes
Cinnamon and Sugar
And softly spoken lies
You never know just how you look
Through someone elses eyes
