Supposedly, a JAG officer told OM that he can get out based on recruiter misconduct, because the recruiter put him into an MOS that he wouldn't have a security clearance for after his bankruptcy went through.

We'll see. I personally think OM is misinterpreting what the JAG told him or overestimating his chances.

In other news, W indicated last night that she is going to break the lease on her apartment instead of paying rent next month (which makes sense, since I don't believe that she can pay her rent). I don't know whether she is thinking about moving in with her parents or about moving back in with me, but I'm glad that OM's plan to get out of the army and move back in with her will finally be put to rest for good.

Today will be her first day back at work in almost 2 months. She told me that no one has addressed the backlog of installation problems that has built up, and her boss won't give her any new leads until she self-generates a number of sales, so I don't think she's going to make much money for a while.

The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." (Psalm 145:18)
