This brings back memories. One year my daughter wanted to dress up as something different and not the usual princess or witch. We decided to dress her up as a bag of jelly beans. This cost me about $3 to do. We took a clear trash bag and cut a hole for her head and then filled it with little round balloons (all colors) and then stapled the bottom of the trash bag around her legs. We made a sign and glued it to the bag that said jelly beans. The only problem was when she walked, the staples would pull out so I was following her picking up balloons and stapling the bag every few feet or so. She had a good time and had lots of compliments on it. This year they are both too old and don't have any interest in going so I am off the hook.
