Re Cac4 I did check out the website, and to be honest, it looks to me like any other snake-oil sales website. I saw some snake-oil-like statements too but I am willing to glean some things from the books as they apply.
nothing that hurts this much could be so "E-Z" to solve. I agree, it has not been easy.
$89.95! I bought 2 used books for under $20 US.
implies that what you got, ain't so bad. I didn't read it that way. I say that "some" back pain has a higher correlation to stress and surgery is not the magic bullet for everyone.
Some people in the medical community believe people want a fast fix, a pill, a surgery, before they look at other possibilities. People are expecting fixes that are external. The web site and hopefully, the book will show some correlation between an alternative approach to solving some back and neck pains.
sex makes my back hurt, so I'm better off without it. Gee, Chuck. One of the pelvic tilt exercises and instructions to flatten my stomach/back while doing them, is exactly like I usually have sex with BB. She lays on me, my stomach gets pushed in so my back flattens and I do my pelvic tilt (push the penis up) from below.
I do some skin to skin time, make out (snog in the UK I think), rub BB's back and hair, and get my rocks off. You say sex is hard on your back? Not mine! It it's almost like doing physical therapy when its missionary, female superior.
Now, that type of sex in the shower with the W straddling me and me holding her up! Ouch!
sex makes my back hurt, so I'm better off without it. I will just take your statement as a jokingly, sarcastic remark, meaning you like sex too.

heh heh...just trying to bring the discussion back on topic!
but seriously...it doesn't do my back any favors. I'm usually feeling it the next morning. talk about adding insult to injury...get it little enough as it is, and when I do, I pay.
the "89.95" was for the videos.
I looked on amazon...all good reviews. (or at least the ones I read). couple things from reading the intro... it was published in 1991. that WAS a "zillion" years ago, to quote lil'. A lot has happened in this field since then. Imaging, particularly, has grown by leaps and bounds, just in the last few years. hence my initial scoffing at the notion of the images being indestinguishable between the afflicted and the non-afflicted. might pick it up...my local border's has it in stock.
