Well, duh! Of course it's manipulative! I don't care what people believe about Sarno or anything else, but I really want people to be familiar with all sides of a thing from original sources before they make up their minds.
Observing someone deciding to agree or not with something based on sketchy, ill-informed hearsay (even mine) makes me nuts.
