Re HD I started doing back exercises, and they really helped.
Yes they do. One big problem I have is sitting. It screws up some of the gains I make doing the exercises. Now I have to figure a way to work laying down. I guess that is called lounging on the beach.

I an re-listening to the KLA CD's I have. I am not into reading much right now but I transferred the KLA CD's to my MP3 player and listen to the KLA messages while putzing around or exercising.

There are 12 sections to the KLA messages. Starting with message 6 or 7, there are reminders to look for things that work or we have control of in a R, not what is missing or what is wrong with the r. Also some of the 180 things are emphasised.
