Quote: I have read several articles linking whey protein to weight loss.
Yeah, I use whey protein powder in my protein bar recipe. I mix whey protein with soy butter and grapenuts and then just add a little melted chocolate and marsmallows. Each one has about 200 calories and around 15 grms of protein and a decent amount of fiber and they fulfill my craving for something to eat with coffee in the morning. Lou and I will be marketing them on the same internet site as the t-shirts-LOL.

Thanks mojo. Ill use real butter instead of soy. No way am I putting that estrogen emulater in my body.
Karen any chance her H's butt rubbings are an attempt to get you to escalate to taking charge?
Have you ever just whapped your H and said, 'when you say -take me I am yours -you are stealing my line? and futhermore your religious repressions and incorrect social conditioning are preventing you from having a really amazing sex life with me?' and then give him the blow by blow how and whys? You said logical convos work with him. Whap him with it. soon. or tease him.... its too bad you are sick. and then give a graphic description of how great sex would be right then. if he werent sick. HP's ideas were good too about training Mr.Pot.
Real butter won't work. You need to use some sort of nut or seed butter in order to make it sticky enough. I didn't use peanut butter which would be the inexpensive choice because I am allergic to peanuts.

Use almond butter, tahini, cashew--- ANYTHING but soy. Contrary to what the mainstream food producers tell you, soy is bad for you. Here's one article... http://www.mercola.com/article/soy/avoid_soy.htm ... there are zillions on the net, I just happened to have this one handy.
Remember that soybeans and corn are the primary feed lot cattle feed in this country. The byproducts of those two things are WASTE products (soybean oil, corn syrup, corn oil) and the producers have tried to convince us that those waste products are food. Not so. If corn-based fuel takes off, maybe they'll stop trying to get us to eat that stuff.
Mojo: Low carb. That's the way to lose weight. (I didn't say NO carb a la Atkins... I said LOW carb.)
But if you won't believe me on that one, at least read a place that gives you sound nutrition information: www.price-pottenger.org
