We can't tell you what is wrong with you, because there isn't anything wrong with you. You have so much room to grow, and so much potential. People are frustrated with things they see you doing and not doing, but that's their issue, not yours.
I have a request of you, and this is going to be far from what you are hearing from everyone else on this board. I would like to ask you to please come over to my sitch and read up and advise me where you can. I really think your perspective may be invaluable to me.
