Lisa, I read through your thread again and you are right. Our sits are very similar. Amazing isn't it. You seem further along in the dbing process than I am. But we are making progress I think. Very slowly. I have taken your advise and I will lay off the OW issue for now. But I must admit that I can get obsessed about it. I also do some snooping. But of course I don't always like what I find. But it keeps me informed of what's going on. I also think I can monitor the contact with OW to a certain extent. Am I wrong to do this?
