As far as painful intercourse, your wives should really talk to their doctors about that. I had a friend who had painful intercourse for almost 3 years before she mentioned it to her doctor and it was fixable! It was a result of a bad episiotomy.
Someone mentioned foreplay with no going down on the woman....there are LOADS of things you can do that don't even have to be "sexual." I am a huge fan of massage, heavy breathing and licking. Dirty talking just enhances it for me, but I don't really get much of that.
