Well, the anger is partially something I was warned would happen. Its not easy to explain. But the rest of the anger and depression has to do with something completely different that I don't want to go into right now. Just some stuff external to my W that I am having a lot of difficulty with.
I am aware of the "it takes time" factor, and I'm trying to be patient. I guess I'm just having gluttonous feelings that are hard to control.

With the moves your W has made recently, considering where she came from, I consider her to be getting there even if there is no IC.

As far as painful intercourse, your wives should really talk to their doctors about that. I had a friend who had painful intercourse for almost 3 years before she mentioned it to her doctor and it was fixable! It was a result of a bad episiotomy.
Someone mentioned foreplay with no going down on the woman....there are LOADS of things you can do that don't even have to be "sexual." I am a huge fan of massage, heavy breathing and licking. Dirty talking just enhances it for me, but I don't really get much of that.

Chrom, just reminding you to keep the something completely different seperated from the sexual interactions with your W as much as possible. I am assuming they are completly different and unrelated issues.
Do the male thing, something like work is different than play mentality.

IC is not an issue for me. I do want it, because it feels so d@mn good. HJ's and BJ's are nice, but nothing comes even in the same order of magnitude for me as IC. But no IC is MY choice right now. She has offered on several occasions.

Thanks for that tip. My W did have an episiotomy, so it is something I will look into if pain is there when we resume IC.
