We have been busy this week end having OR talks and today we went for a walk (that always helps me calm down) and had a really good talk. Part of it was about my anger. I do feel angry from time to time (it's getting rarer) and have found it important to express it. I try to process it first and make sure I express plenty of appreciation for all the great thigs my H is doing but if I don't stand up for myself with him, I get depressed. We are getting more and more fair with each other and I'm starting to believe that I am loved.

Also, it appears that we bought a house! We've been renting in two different places for 3 years. We decided today to put in what we thought was a low offer on a house that needs a little work and they took it. We are mostly surprised.

So a new phase begins!
