Thank you so much for your response. It all makes sense and yes, it is all very hard. Harder than I ever imagined. Yes, I am in therapy although I would LOVE to be in couple's therapy. I hope that will come at some point. The snooping is such an addiction that feels so justified. I just took a Salsa lesson today and feel like I am getting a better handle on GAL. that feels good. I will try and keep focused on that. thanks so much for your encouragement. That is really needed right now. I will probably need it again.
