I read your conflicting feelings loud and clear. I am sorry that the sexual arena is so difficult for you. You seem very distressed by your wife moving out. However, here is what I'm not sure of: Do you love your wife? Do you think she's pretty/attractive? Is she attractive to others? Do you respect her? Would you say that you have a good relationship otherwise.
In other words - why do you want to be with her? Do you have children together?
Have you ever sought any kind of couples counseling?
