Another thought, I no longer feel responsible for fulfilling my W's needs. I will support her search and if she wants and asks for more from me, I will offer it. But I'm done trying to figure it out and I'm done taking responsibility for her not knowing or getting what she needs. We have discussed this and she agrees. I now expect her and trust her to speak-up.
