I am just about to go over and tackle the important stuff I'm getting from Kent and JJ and others- I wanted to tell you you are inspiring to me right now. You sound really level-headed, brave (even if it doesn't feel like it) and solution-oriented. I hope your talk with H causes somes waves in that water you spoke of (good ones).
