Points well taken. I am glad you brought this up as I want to just do my own thing w/ friends, etc and stop dealing with this as nothing good is happening. This issue with me has been I feel guilty if I am not working toward a solution as I cannot stay indefinitely with status quo. Meaning, when it comes to brass tax, I love my wife - but am not about to agree to a no sex marriage.
