Hey Kent-gonna be out of here for the weekend but just wanted to check in and see how you were.

Hope the dull roar is gone...I liked the idea of running-or any cardiovascular-type acticity...ever been a runner? I am not, I really tried to like it-much as I had to do it. Even tho I no longer have to, I find that exercise (the 'hit the wall' kind) on occasion is just what I need. I wish I had more time, but once you start, like ATLT said, you get into a groove and everything else sort of washes away (something to do with endorphins and enkephalins and binding and pain receptors...runners high).

Hope you're feeling better, running or not! Personally, I try to avoid running unless something nasty is chasing me-and I'd probably not run away at all if I thought I could kick it's butt!
