Kent- Sorry to hear about how hard it is for you - My H has tried a couple of times and did not do well with the side effects - I know it can be hard just from seeing him go through it. Be sure to stay hydrated and eat well, sleep too - You know all this I'm sure!
One other thing - are you cutting you dosage little by little over a long period of time?
I know that helps.
