One concession I made after my last asccident is that I now wear armor/jacket, every time. doesnt feel nearly as good as tank tops and shorts ......but all of my wrecks have involved road rash to the shoulders and elbows. kinda unavoidable with that whole high speed rolling, tumbling, on the pavement, and I am tired of picking gravel out of my elbows for years after. since MC accidents are WAY up in the past few years (the percentage has tripled) I am mitigating my risk and making a couple nods to my mortality.

so since you were a pro, I know you have or have used jumper vests. The vest makes it easier for the body to accept, not using the arms. still need to train the body, judo or tumbling classes would be the best choices.
