My friends,

Time for a new thread... a thread about moving the last few steps forward.

My personal goal now is to define what is missing for both of us in our marriage and find the tools, skills, and patience to complete our journey!

More later...

Chris

Good for you ChrisJ!! Sounds like you have moved a few more baby steps forward with W.

At this stage in the reconcilliation process I know you have the patience and skills for what it takes; or you wouldn't be where you are now! May you find those tools and put them to good use - I know you will!

Keep in touch

Chelsea

My Friends,

I love posting baby steps!

Last night for the first time in such along time my W spend most of the night sleeping cuddled next to me. In the morning she gave me a big hug and told me how well she slept.

I am happy .

Chris thank you for posting that!
that just brought a big smile to my face and a warm feeling to my heart!
there was once a time you probably thought nothing of that huh... such little things we take for granted can later become our most desired fantasy.

I am so happy for you!

My friends,

We had another session yesterday and I am realizing now that the seesions themselves are helping but more importantly the structure they provide and the security of a plan is helping my W slowly get her trust in me back.

After each seesion we seem to take a few steps forward and we do it together.

I don't have any drama for my thread today just a few thoughts..

Chris

Chris

Its been a few weeks since we have chatted. You sound like your doing well and I am very happy for you. Proceed with caution!!! I know I am not telling you anything that you haven't already heard before but keep up the DBing and things will keep going in your direction. We must not let our guard down even for a minute.

Good going, John

My friends,

My thought for today was how much easier it is to stay the course if you concentrate on what you have versus what is missing in your relationship.

Sometimes the "what is missing" takes over and it then becomes easy to forget how far you have come both together and individualy.
