Dear KArenMP, I am delighted that you and your husband are working things out and that you are feeling closer. It makes me feel so good that you and others have found this web site helpful. You're right- you and everyone who says the following- that being solution-focused isn't just a technique to win your spouse back, it has to be a way of life. Even though my husband and I have been together for 27 YEARS!!, I still need to be mindful of what I say and do to make sure I'm focusing on solutions. That never goes away.
